We’re really excited to share what we’ll be playing at our next Project//Symphonic Play Day! On 8 March, we’re bringing Project//Symphonic to Bromsgrove for a laid-back, feel-good day of orchestral playing — no auditions, no pressure, and absolutely no long-term commitment. Just turn up, play some brilliant music, and enjoy yourself. We’ll be spending the day on Elgar’s Enigma Variations, the epic How to Train Your Dragon Symphonic Suite, and the hugely fun main theme from Helldivers II, “A Cup of Liber-tea.” It’s a great mix of proper symphonic writing, big cinematic moments, and a bit of modern gaming energy. Project//Symphonic play days are all about enjoying the music, meeting other like-minded players, and remembering why you love playing in an orchestra in the first place. Come along, blow the cobwebs off, and leave with a smile on your face — we’d love to see you there.
